Testimonials

  • “My journey in medical imaging begins during high school when I attended the Explorer’s Program at Southside Regional Medical Center. Shortly thereafter, I enrolled in the Radiation Sciences program at the hospital. Upon graduation, I started working as a radiologic technologist in the medical imaging field and continuing my education eventually earning a master’s degree. I begin teaching in the lab at the same Radiation Sciences program that I had graduated. I found a passion in educating students and knew this was the next step in my career. I started teaching more courses and begin exploring the management side of educational programs. I am now the Program Director for the Southside College of Health Sciences School of Radiation Sciences which affords me the honor of ensuring students are receiving the best educational experience.”
